This weather calculator will assist in decoding runway reports, wind calculations, and more.
Features Include: This program can decode AFTN (Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunications Network), MOTNE (SNOWTAMs) runway decoder and crosswind calculator. Calculates hold over time (HOT), 6-digit turbulence and icing reports, altimeter check for RVSM airspace, calculation of holding fuel and latest approach time. Also, will show the runway surface conditions and breaking conditions for a given runway.

Review
Pros: Quick and easy AFTN conversion(s) and crosswind calculations (that show wind direction arrow), color support, keypad to enter numbers.
Cons: Lacks additional weather conversion options, written for use with Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft (but works with others), no hardware button assignment.
Notes: Best freeware wind calculator we've seen, tested by several Lufthansa pilots.
