Pilot StopWatch 2.02 (Shareware)
The Pilot StopWatch timer is designed to allow users to time up to five simultaneous events.
Features Include: This timer has the ability to time five events (up counting only). Timer will continue to count when you exit the application. Also, includes a feature to disable automatic power-off when using the application and you can assign a hardware button to a counter for easy starting and stopping.

Review
Pros: Continues counting even when you exit the application, you can assign hardware button to timer and you can assign your own timer labels.
Cons: If you turn off the handheld the timer will stop counting, no down timer.
Notes: If you wish to easily time events longer than 3 minutes in length, by using the feature that allows you to disable the handhelds auto-off while in the stopwatch.
