Pocket METAR 0.86 (Freeware)
This program keeps track of weather reports (METARs) from different airports.
Features Include: This Pocket PC program downloads new METAR reports and the software will sort and store them under the correct airport in its database. It also comes with a built in crosswind calculator, just pick an airport and what runway to use and if a METAR report has been received - it will calculate your sidewind component.

Review
Pros: Shows useful airport information such as: runway, elevation, magnetic variation and communications, multi-language support and ability to update from PDA.
Cons: No TAF support, difficult to configure, no ability to create airports on device.
Notes: Great tool to help you decode METAR reports and view crosswind information.
