Features Include: Automatic syncing, copying or deleting files to and from your Pocket PC device and Windows. Create a single job or multiple jobs to define what you want to sync. You can specify other options such as when to sync, how to sync and files to exclude. This program will work great to sync MP3 files, databases, photos and other files that you wish to keep copied or synchronized.

Review
Pros: Ability to delete files from your Pocket PC, ability to choose syncing type (one-way, two-way, etc).
Cons: Will not sync a file from a website.
