Descent Planner 3.0 (Freeware)
This Palm OS and Windows program will quickly and accurately calculate descent profiles.
Features Include: The Precision Descent Planner program calculates the descent profile for various altitudes, speed and distance. The program will ask the initial altitude, target altitude, airspeed and distance then will calculate the descent in feet per minute (fpm). There is also a feature to optimize the descent profile.
What's New: 3.0 - improved performance and the software will now remember previous settings.

Review
Pros: Quickly calculate descent profiles from the Flight Levels (FL) and below 18,000.
Cons: No pop-up keypad.
Platform: None -- Palm OS and Windows have the same features.
