| "A very good, fast working, simple map. Not without some flaws, like information overlap and some information missing, but really cheap price for what it does. Fuel prices are handy.
I'm not sure I'd want to use it as a stand alone product because you could miss something, but for quick planning, look forward, gas prices, and an overview of a flight, it's very easy to use in the cockpit.
The weather display is less than desirable, and can be confusing. WxWorx is FAR better, as is the small 396.
Support is very good.

Oct 30, 2005 (Sun) - Turbo Mooney Pilot using Pocket PC |
| "Until Anywhere map, every other PDA GPS software solution (I've used seven) had me wishing for my trusty Garmin 295.
It's obvious that the folks at Control Vision are pilots who have been listening to pilots as this software is by far the most feature packed intuitive software I have used to date.
The of depth of user configurability is phenomenal and the rough air buttons make the PDA extremely manageble in turbulence.
At the normal price of $289 AWM would be a good value.
At the new offering of $95 this is a no brainer. {version 1.7.2}" |

| "This is the most incredible GPS product I've ever owned. Having NEXRAD in the cockpit is just fantastic." |

| "Very pleased with AWM. Pretty easy to use once you get used to the interface. I would certainly NOT recommend it for those uncomfortable with technology (I recommended to my father that he buy a dedicated aviation GPS), but for those comfortable with the PPC, it is an outstanding product. Company support is good and program is very stable - never had a crash. Great website with easy download of new content. Only complaint would be that the flight plan is static and is not updated throughout the flight." |
