This is the same phonetic alphabet that was initially created by the military and is used in aviation around the world.

Pros: Allows you to use the traditional flash-card review, ability to edit & create cards.
Cons: No way to print or export a list of the questions missed.
Notes: Requires the SuperMemo application, see other databases.
