ForeFlight Checklist Lite 2.0 (Freeware)
This freeware iPhone and iPod Touch check-listing application provides a simple yet powerful checklist for pilots.
Features Include: This checklist has been designed perfectly for use while in flight. Large (color coded) buttons, auto-advancing checks, and day/night mode make using this program great in either day or night flight situations. The developers have done a nice job balancing colors, contrast, and flow to make the program as easy to use as possible. You can click the item, click the check button, skip items and reset the list when needed. Press the red triangle button to quickly jump to "abnormal procedures" section. You can also quickly move checklist items around or delete them using standard iPhone interface controls. Since this is the "Lite" version you must manually create (rather than download them) checklist sections, groups and items.

Review
Pros: Emergency button quickly loads abnormal (emergency) procedures, day/night mode, support for multiple aircraft, duplicate option.
Cons: No pre-configured aircraft profiles, day/night mode can only be switched on/off from main screen, share button appears not to work, no shake to check feature.
Notes: ** Reviewed on an iPhone 3G - Firmware 3.0.1 **, consider downloading the "Pro" version for additional features (see link above).
