This handy E6-B provides common & advanced aviation functions on your Pocket PC device.
Features Include: This E6-B provides multiple up and down timers, distance & track, heading & time, hold times (and graphical pattern) and heading, pressure and density altitude, true air speed (TAS), Mach speed, fuel, time/speed/distance, descent rate, ground speed, cross winds (graphical), supports both imperial (US) & metric values, unit conversions, sunrise, sunset and much more. Contains basic airport information, communications and graphical runway layouts with flight planning capability. FlightCalc also provides a customizable checklist and timezone information around the world. GPS ground speed monitoring for auto takeoff and landing time detection. Program is offered in a Fixed-Wing or Rotary version designed for helicopters.

Review
Pros: Simple install process, airport database, pop-up keypad, multiple timers, large easy to read fields, calculate distance between waypoints, graphical W&B, crosswind calculator and runway layouts, values carry-over from screen to screen.
Cons: No hardware button assignment, timer will not continue to count if you exit the program, pop-up keypad not available for all input forms.
Notes: ** Reviewed on a Toshiba e335 **, re-reviewed 19 May 2006 (version 2.10), this program used by the U.S. Coast Guard. View change log, demo version will function for 30 days, you might also consider using the FlightCalc desktop database editor.
