Ok, this is not really aviation related but it can be useful for those who travel and wish to read their newspapers or magazine on the go. With those of you with an iPhone or an iPod Touch this might be of interest to you. Most of us have looked at eBook options for our devices, including dedicated directories and nifty workarounds, but the heavyweight electronic publisher Zinio entered the ring with their Mobile Newsstand product.
Already distributing hundreds of magazines and periodicals to desktop and mobile clients, Zinio has unveiled an iPhone and iPod Touch interface that apparently works seamlessly with Safari Mobile, meaning the same pinch/flick/zoom functionality as you use with websites.
