Quik News: Wing Flap Found In Yard

A wing-flap crashed into a yard in a suburban neighborhood near Pittsburgh International Airport, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.

The newspaper says the Wittebort family of Robinson, Pa., woke up Friday morning to find what looked like an airline wing flap. “The part — about 15 feet long and more than 17 inches wide — apparently fell from a plane flying over their home (a few miles from the airport) sometime Thursday night or before dawn,” the Tribune-Review writes.
