I just came across this website and thought it might be useful to our readers. This site focuses on aviation turbulence. "Turbulenceforecast.com offers maps and forecasts of air turbulence all over the world." The site consists of a main web site, a blog, and a mobile site.
With these tools you can research news, find current conditions, and then get an updated forecast on your mobile device when at the airport. The site also has a great collection of weather images and reports that can be used by pilots and non-pilots.
The mobile site (link below) can be used on any modern PDA. The website also provides some buttons that can be placed on your site to show conditions around the US or world.
