Learn To Fly Center Attracts New Pilots ...

If you are wanting to learn how to fly, you might be intrested in visiting the Learn to Fly Center in Member Village at Oshkosh. Visitors can watch certified flight instructors discuss and answer questions on the basic components of an aircraft, traffic patterns and why we need them, steps to becoming a pilot, and how much it actually costs to start flying your own aircraft.

Microsoft and Intel - Power Simulations ...

About 20 youths from the EAA Air Academy got a chance to pilot an airplane using Flight Simulator 10 on brand new, Dell computers recently donated by Intel and Microsoft. The donation consists of 28 top-of-the-line Dell XPS 710 towers, powered by the just-released Core 2 Duo chips equipped with quad core processors, Nvidia 8800 video cards and Dell 24-inch flat-screen monitors.

50-Years of Perfect Attendance

Russ Norman has attended Oshkosh for the last 50 years. Norman, 79, says he has always loved aviation, and has found AirVenture a great place for homebuilders to share information. He currently flies a Mustang II.
